Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety requirements at the sit Comply with the necessary statutory requirements at the project site. Adhere to the safety and health rules and procedures, as well as relevant policies and work instructions to ensure compliance with the Company\'s HSE, Quality and Environmental requirements. Responsible and ensure all safety documentations, checklist and requirements to be legal is maintained at site. Perform periodical inspection at the site to identify potential hazards to the health and safety of staff. Assist in evacuation and emergency drills and conduct investigations of accidents at the site. Raise health and safety issues to Supervisors and Project Manager where appropriate. To conduct Tool Box Meeting. Conduct safety induction and safety briefing to site personnel/ staff. Liaise with clients, consultant, contractors and relevant government officials (e.g.: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN & CIDB) to identify and resolve health, safety and environment issues. Perform any other safety & health duties assigned by Superior/ the Management from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Safety and Health or related qualifications. Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License registered with DOSH/ JKKP (Valid Yellow Book). At least 3 years of working experience in safety related activities in construction industry. Having experience dealing with relevant authorities. * Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
