Job Description

• Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Must Posses Dosh Yellow Book (IMPORTANT)
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Liaise with JKKP/DOSH and authorized department (eg. Jabatan Kerja Raya, Kastam and CIDB and etc) to maintain safety standards and requirement onsite.
• Liaise with contractor\'s safety supervisors appointed under Regulation 26 with safety of work undertaken by sub-contractor
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution with workers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety compliance with OHSE standards and DOSH/NIOSH regulations for assigned projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Maintain safety documentation and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other external parties regarding safety and site coordination.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure safety protocols and work quality are upheld.
• Coordinate and implement site-specific safety plans and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, report incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee site progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as per the "Yellow Book" guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare emergency response plans.
• Supervise high-risk activities to ensure proper safety measures are in place.
• Communicate safety and site matters to all stakeholders and resolve issues quickly.
• Verify material quality and report non-compliant deliveries.
• Ensure smooth project execution through effective safety management and coordination.
