Job Description

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise

all construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements under DOSH (JKKP) and CIDB guidelines.

Conduct daily site inspections

and identify potential hazards or unsafe practices; ensure immediate corrective actions are taken.

Prepare and maintain safety documentation

, including daily safety reports, toolbox meeting records, accident/incident reports, and safety inspection checklists.

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings

for all site workers, subcontractors, and visitors before work commencement.

Assist in implementing the company's Safety and Health Plan

, including Emergency Response Procedures and Permit-to-Work systems.

Coordinate with Site Manager, Project Manager, and subcontractors

to ensure all safety measures are effectively implemented.

Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

by all site personnel.

Investigate accidents, near misses, or unsafe incidents

, and recommend preventive measures.

Liaise with relevant authorities

(DOSH, CIDB, Local Council, etc.) on safety-related inspections and compliance matters.

Promote a safe working culture

among workers and continuously improve site safety standards.

Requirements:

Possess a valid

Yellow Book (SSS Certificate)

registered with

DOSH (JKKP)

. Minimum

2 years' experience

in construction site supervision or related field. Good knowledge of

Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Act 1994

,

Factories and Machinery Act 1967

, and other related regulations. Able to communicate effectively in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

. Responsible, proactive, and willing to be based full-time at the construction site.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
