Requirement:Possesses Yellow Book (SSS) from DOSH with more than three (3) years experiences as Safety Supervisor.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies specific to the HVAC sector of our operations, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Monitor and enforce adherence to safety procedures and guidelines, providing guidance and support to employees and contractors to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness and promote a culture of safety excellence among team members.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and developing preventive measures to eliminate future occurrences.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety requirements into project planning and execution.
Maintain accurate safety records, including incident reports, safety statistics, and documentation of safety-related training.
