Job Description
Requirement: Possesses Yellow Book (SSS) from DOSH with more than three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experiences as Safety Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies specific to the HVAC sector of our operations, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety procedures and guidelines, providing guidance and support to employees and contractors to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness and promote a culture of safety excellence among team members.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and developing preventive measures to eliminate future occurrences.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety requirements into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including incident reports, safety statistics, and documentation of safety-related training.
