About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environment of our construction site operations.

What you'll be doing

Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential health, safety, and environmental risks Implementing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices on the construction site Providing training and guidance to site personnel on safety protocols and best practices Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance Liaising with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Promoting a strong safety culture and encouraging a proactive approach to incident prevention

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices applicable to the construction industry Proficiency in using safety management software and tools Yellow Book required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
