Kelayakan
- Candidates must access Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
- Candidates must have valid Yellow Book certification from DOSH
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction required
- Familiarity with safety and administrative best practice in construction
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations is needed
- Minimum supervision, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Assist SHO on the preparation and maintaining SH MS Documents. Maintain safety records, documents, and compliance reports for audits
- Assists in develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and safe work instructions
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety compliance according to Malaysian regulations (DOSH, CIDB, DOE, etc)
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification
- Organize safety induction, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills for workers
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure proper usage, availability, and maintain of PPE and safety equipment
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with project safety requirement
