Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and hazards.
Enforce company safety policies and site-specific safety rules.
Assist in developing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.

Investigate and report all incidents, near misses, or accidents.
Take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain safety reports, checklists, permits (like PTW), and inspection records.
Liaise with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, and external authorities (e.g., CIDB, DOSH).
Ensure all works comply with local safety regulations.
Ensure first aid kits and fire extinguishers are in place.
Plan and conduct emergency drills.
Ensure all subcontractors comply with safety standards.
Review and verify their safety documents.
Submit weekly safety updates and reports to management.
Monitor overall site cleanliness to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
