SAFETY SITE SUPERVISOR - URGENT HIRING!
LOCATION IN PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR Responsibility

• To assist the Project Manager on the day to day operation.
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
• Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the establishment, implementation, and retaining of the EHS management system, ensure that the project management complies with the EHS requirements.

• Responsible for making emergency response plan, and make awareness the HSE knowledge to employees by training and publicity.
• Organize the evaluation and checking and report to the Project Management Officer about the operation status and improvement requirement of the EHS management system.
• Assist the project management officers in communicating with customers, certification institutes, employees, and public about the environmental, occupational health and safety management system.
• Regular and Spot check inspection on QA and EHS requirements inspection at the work place to verify all project personal to follow the safety regulation rules, and report to the Project management officer in case of disobeying or non-conformance attitude.
• Collect statistical data analysis and preparation of reports to the Project management officer in order to improve.
• To assist on QA/EHS Audit, Training and related documentation.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Safety/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Safety knowledge will be an added advantage
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Willing to travel outstation
• Work force planning certified and/or minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
