Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

1. Participate in HSE program by main-con in daily frequencies

2. Daily monitor & observation in assurance progress team followed HSE requirement as stipulated

3. Provide sound advise and guidance to the project team in supporting the effective operation of HSE system on site

4. Participate in assurance HSE performance (HRA Audit) & maintain site condition performance

5. Involvement as ERT to demonstrate ERP - Site Evacuation & Rescue

6. Assist HSE Officer maintain record keeping all HSE documentation in best condition

7. Planning & provide necessary training according to site activity as awareness to all parties required

8. Liason with Authorities related to OSH when required (Application JKJ103/ Closure of notice issuance from DOSH, etc.)

9. To prepare and submit accurate reports on HSE statistics and records to PIC and Head of Department on a timely basis.

10. Perform periodical inspection at worksite / Liaison with maincon for necessary inspection required

11. Assist in assuring safety signage, first aid kit, firefighting equipment and adequate supply of safety materials are available at all time on site

12. Reporting to the Project Manager

REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent (SSS Certificate /

Yellow Book

) At least 2 years of working experience in related field Preferably with scaffolding competent license Independent, exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills Proficient in writing in Malay & English Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative Able to work independently and Computer literate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
