We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Site Service Supervisor to join us in

. The role involves maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment to ensure smooth workshop operations. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the mechanical field, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, blowers, and fans).

2. Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance on rotating machinery.

3. Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions effectively.

4. Dismantle, assemble, and align rotating equipment according to OEM and API standards.

5. Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental requirements.

6. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in site service job for rotating and static equipment.

3. Knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, or other rotating equipment.

4. Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and alignment tools.

5. Good communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

6. Able to travel and work at site locations when required.

7. Able to work overtime (if required).
