Job Description

Location: Tebrau, Johor Bahru

:

Provide technical support and service for barcode equipment (printers and scanners) at customer sites. Handle installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of equipment on-site and in-house. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Prepare service reports and submit quotations promptly. Support and promote sales of printers, ribbons, and labels. Install printer drivers and software; provide ongoing support to clients. Perform other technical tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in technical support or field service. Strong service orientation and customer-first mindset. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess own transport and willingness to travel to client locations
