Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site workers to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently. Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers. Ensure installation work meets quality standards and project deadlines. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of site supervision experience (aluminium or construction background preferred). Knowledge in installation of aluminium (cabinet, window & door), can supervise and monitor site workers. Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin would be an advantage.
