Job Description

- At least 5 years of working experience - Minimum Degree in Architecture or equivalent in related field - Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans - Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans - Responsible for the construction team - General knowledge of construction principles or practices - Plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and control the level of resources and performance to meet the planned targeted schedule and quality - Excellent attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills - Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia) - Capable of working independently
