Experienced in
Interior Design (ID) Contract Works
.
Ensure consistently high standards of work and quality in accordance with product specifications.
Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of the project team as per operational procedures.
Ensure all material requisitions are prepared adequately and on time.
Control and monitor all work progress to meet the project schedule.
Liaise with the Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations, and confirmation of instructions.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Keep detailed records of all construction site activities.
Requirements
Preferably with experience in a
Project Executive
role.
Candidate must possess at least a
Primary/Secondary School/SPM qualification
in any field.
Experience in
architecture design and interior design
will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently based on project program and site conditions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Must possess own transport.
Candidate must have a valid 3S Certificate.
