Job Scope:

Supervise all construction works on project at site, ensuring work completed and run smoothly.
Coordinate and monitor Subcontractor activities at project site, ensure that all works carried out area in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures and work instructions.
Conduct site survey and measurement work.
To supervise site matters, manpower and liaise with sub-contractors etc.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Attend project / site meetings coordinate site activities.
Liase with site consultant do site inspection and preparing inspection form.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, initiative and interpersonal skills to work well with his team.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
