Job Description

, roles and responsibilities:

1) To understand the requirement for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.

2) To ensure the site supervision and coordination of various trade in relation to all the works.

3) To monitor the site progress and ensure daily construction activities in accordance to work program.

4) To implement and ensure compliance in all works relating to technical, quality and Occupational Health and Safety of company.

5) To control the use of materials, general workers and machineries to avoid wastage.

6) To report to the superior of any nonconformance's for corrective action requests for subcontractors and suppliers.

7) To carry out site survey such as level survey and setting out.

8) To ensure the smooth control of logistic of the project site.

9) To prepare Daily Site Report and to assist to prepare Progress Report.

10) To liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for continual good relationship.

11) To ensure all workers comply with Main Con Site Rules and Regulations

12) To attend daily TBM (Toolbox Meeting) by Main Con and comply all TBM requirement by Main Con.

13) To ensure all workers wear complete PPE as required based on their work conditions.

14) To ensure all activities must have complete barricading and hoarding.

15) To update in morning meeting on the job scope to Main Con's EHS Department on daily basis.

16) To ensure all logistic arrangement comply to traffic and security rules set by Main Con.

17) To understand the Hazardous Material Control Plan and ensure the requirement is complied.

18) To ensure the execution of site COVID-19 SOP in compliance to relevant authorities requirements.

19) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
