Job Description

• Minimum: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related construction site supervision role.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management software.
• Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization and attention to detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

ResponsibilitiesBe Our Site Supervisor and Lead Our Construction Projects!We\'re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team! In this crucial role, you\'ll be responsible for providing on-site leadership and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge: Provide on-site management and project supervision, meeting deadlines, technical specifications, quality plans, and safety requirements.
• Master coordinator: Coordinate and manage work arrangements for various trade contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all aspects of construction run smoothly.
• Client communication champion: Work effectively with customer representatives, facilitating on-site communication, granting access, issuing permits, attending meetings, and conducting site walks.
• Keep the team informed: Provide regular updates on project progress to the Project Manager, Site Manager, and Senior Site Supervisor.
• Problem solver: Manage and report site issues, liaising with the engineering team to find solutions and maintain project performance.
• Resourceful leader: Recommend additional resources or alternative work processes when needed to optimize project efficiency.
• Detailed record keeper: Maintain daily records of all site activities, including labor, plant, non-compliant materials, and workmanship.
• Quality control expert: Perform on-site quality control to ensure materials meet specifications and construction adheres to plans. Assist with field testing and inspections.
• Logistics master: Manage site logistics for construction equipment and material delivery, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling.
• Keep IT clean: Maintain site housekeeping and manage storage requirements for a safe and organized work environment.
• Documentation assistant: Assist the engineering team with as-built records and closure of project quality site observations (SORs).
• Safety first: Report and escalate any non-conformance of quality or safety to higher management. Ensure safe construction practices are followed at all times, with the flexibility to perform a safety supervisor role if required.
• Proposal pro (optional): Line Walk with clients and prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and costing for project proposals.
• Team player: Perform other duties as assigned by superior, collaborating effectively with the team.
