Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist superior in

planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling

project activities from commencement through completion and Defect Liability Period (DLP). Support superior in ensuring

company contractual obligations

are fulfilled in accordance with client requirements. Assist in

overall project coordination

, including liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities. Monitor site progress to ensure projects are completed

on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications

. Assist in handling

client feedback and complaints

related to site works. Coordinate daily site activities and

schedule works with subcontractors and suppliers

. Supervise subcontractors' works and ensure compliance with

drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

. Assist in reviewing

work progress, measurements, and subcontractor claims

. Provide technical and operational support to the project team. Assist in

troubleshooting site issues

and coordinate resolutions with main contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities. Conduct

site inspections

and ensure proper work execution. Attend site meetings and prepare basic site records when required. Assist in preparing

shop drawings and as-built drawings

for review. Carry out

ad-hoc duties

as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in

Electrical Engineering

, Electrical Technology, or related field (SPM / SKM holders with relevant interest are encouraged to apply)*
. Basic knowledge or strong interest in

electrical installation and construction works

. Willing to learn and work in a

site-based environment

. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with

AutoCAD or reading drawings

is an added advantage. Possession of

Wireman / Chargeman certification

or willingness to pursue certification is an added advantage. Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
