Job Description

Responsibilities:

Check for any items left behind by the guest. Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and site cleanliness. Assist the cleaning/housekeeping team with tasks such as cleaning the property area, toilet, and rooms. Re-check the unit's condition after the cleaning is completed. Inspect the linen to ensure cleanliness (no stains, etc.) after the unit is ready. After resting, ensure staff continue with any remaining tasks. Organize and arrange linen, clean the vacuum cleaner. Check the stock of soap, cleaning supplies, and other related items. Assist in guest-related issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Conduct regular inspections of property, facilities, and public areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

With at least 3 years of operational/management experience, having supervisory experience in hospitality, homestay, or hotel will be an advantage. Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills Good communication and organizational skills Good problem-solving abilities
