Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure sub-contractors comply with contracts, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and site regulations Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project manager Efficiently resolve any on-site issues or delays Manage material deliveries and inventory Conduct site inspections and perform quality control checks Maintain accurate records, including forms, documents, correspondence, and progress reports

Job Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field Preferably with experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
