Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Prepare drawings, and detailed design for preliminary construction and as-built status in AutoCAD.
Plan all drawing request so as to meet the required date.
Others task as assigned by department head and manager.
Requiremement
Preferable Chinese
(Male) .
Knowledge in AutoCAD
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the construction / fire protection field is required for this position.
Pleasant personality, able to work independently and must be people and team-oriented.
Ability to work for several projects at the same time.
Applicants must be willing to work in Gelugor, Pulau Pinang.
