We're looking for a

Site Supervisor

to join our growing team -- someone who ensures every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Butterworth. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervise daily site operations and manpower, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Enforce site safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications



Diploma / Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply). Able to read drawings and manage on-site works independently. Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites. Ability to work on-site in Penang Experience in HVAC systems and cleanroom technology is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
