Job Description

LOCATION : SITE ROCKSHED, CAMERON HIGHLAND

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. To assist Project Manager/Construction Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily works at the project sites.
2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the quality management system.
3. To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
4. To plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor's activities at project sites.
5. To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
6. To ensure that inspections and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used, with results conforming to specifications.
7. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Qualification & Requirement :

1. Candidate with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or related cert (SKM/Diploma under Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural or equivalent)
2. Possess excellent management and organizational skills, good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
3. Preferably Junior Executive with minimum 1~2 year related work experience as site supervisor (construction).
4. Ability to communicate with technicians, site personnel, consultants, and clients.
5. Willing to travel locally
