Job Description

To assist the Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor in carrying out supervision and inspection work at site. To supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications. To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored and protected. To monitor work carried out by sub-contractors at site. To report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to site engineer. To prepare site daily report for submission. To ensure that Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site. To receive, inspect and verify building materials delivered at site. To ensure safety measures are implemented at site. To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

SPM, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building, or a related field. For Supervisors, at least 1 to 2 years related working experience. For Senior Supervisors, at least 4 years related working experience. Experience in working in a variety of different projects: high-rise architectural projects, high-rises offices, and residential buildings, warehouse, factory and shopping complexes. Multiple positions available. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
