Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily site activities to ensure construction is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications
• Liaise with main/subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of work
• Track progress against project schedule, highlight delays or problems, and coordinate efforts to stay on track
• Check workmanship and materials to ensure all work meets required standards, specifications, and drawings
• Carry out inspections to identify errors or defects in work and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, photo documentation, site diaries, attendance, and material records
• Understand and explain structural, architectural, and shop drawings to site workers
• Ensure proper use and availability of manpower, tools, and materials on site
• Support site engineers in surveying, layout setting, inspection, or measurements when required
