Lead, manage, and assign tasks to a team of construction workers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work closely with engineers to assist in erection works, load testing, and launching activities for the Launching Girder.
Supervise site activities such as segment assembly, post-tensioning, and load transfer works.
Ensure all site operations, especially involving the Launching Girder, are carried out safely and according to instructions provided by engineers.
Assist in dismantling, packing, and relocating equipment when required.
Carry out basic safety tasks such as hazard identification, risk assessments, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Support continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined working environment for the team.
Requirements:
SPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, full training will be provided.
Willingness to travel and be based outstation according to project requirements.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
