Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in daily site supervision, coordination, and execution of works.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Identify, resolve, and report discrepancies, delays, or quality issues in a timely manner.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth progress of the project.
Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, photo documentation, and progress reports.
Participate in site inspections, testing, and project meetings as required.
Promote and enforce good housekeeping and site safety practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project coordination.
Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and statutory requirements.
Strong observational, documentation, and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and travel to various sites when required.
A reliable team player with a hands-on, detail-focused attitude.
