Working under supervision of Site Manager, assist in supervising daily operations on construction sites and to ensure the completion of tasks within the time frame.
To co-ordinate and report periodically to the Site Manager on the project status and progress.
To ensure compliance with all the appropriate safety requirements and quality standards.
To supervise site workers and co-ordinate sub-contractor works as per work schedule.
Organize & attend to defects rectification issues during DLP.
Monitor and schedule material delivery.
To attend site meeting, tools box meeting and others ad hoc meeting.
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:-
At least Certificate/ Diploma in civil engineering or building related discipline.
Fresh graduate has similar experience will also be considered.
A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Resourcefulness is an essential skill for problem solving at site.
Good communication skill.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport.
