Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Take charge of site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within scope, budget, and timeline. Site Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of telecom project sites, including resource allocation, equipment logistics, and subcontractor coordination. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and monitor safety performance on-site, making sure that all activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively. Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and any other relevant paperwork. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Problem Solving: Identify and address project-related challenges and obstacles, proposing solutions to ensure project success. Resource Management: Manage inventory, equipment, and material resources effectively, optimizing utilization and minimizing waste. Adherence to Regulations: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in telecommunication project management or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure and industry-specific technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
