What you'll do

Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking progress. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Manage budgeting and construction estimating processes to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters. Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence. Implement effective strategies for resource allocation and equipment management.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in using tools like Bluebeam for document management and HeavyBid for estimating. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and experience with Primavera P6.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with pipeline construction practices and quality control measures. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and conducting thorough inspections using tools like an ohmmeter. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
