Job description: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and supervise the earthwork operations according to project plan and specs \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and supervise site personnel, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance and support \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with safety regulations through safety meetings, monitoring safety equipment, and enforcing safety procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with other trades involved in the project (electricians, plumbers, concrete workers) \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage equipment and materials required for the project, ensuring they are available and properly maintained \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot and identify/resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
