Supervise flooring installation works (Flat Floor, Superflat Floor)
Ensure all works are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
Supervise site workforce including general workers.
Monitor material requirements, site preparation, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Resolve technical issues on site and report directly to the superior.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction.
At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing trades is highly preferred.
Good technical knowledge in flooring systems is an advantages.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and solve problems on site.
Possess a valid driving license and able to work at project sites based on schedule.
Service under : Contract For Service
Contract duration : 12 months
Allowance for work on Sunday / Public Holiday
Potential contract renewal based on performance and project needs.
