Supervise and provide accurate reports on site progress.
In charge, plan , monitor and supervise all site works and report to Project Manager.
Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding work progress and quality of work.
Carry out site inspection.
Check on all construction drawings to ensure works done are as per requirements.
Arrange day works for general workers.
Control material usage and wastage at site.
Plan for material requisition and liaise with Purchasing department accordingly.
Counter check on all incoming and outgoing goods.
Coordinate with consultants.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate MUST possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Able to work independent
Familiar with Foundation, Structures, Infrastructures, Architecture, Electrical works and System Formwork
Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful, and discipline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
