\xe2\x80\xa2 To assist Site Agent /Project Engineer / Senior Site Supervisor to supervise all construction work on the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 To Supervise and monitor construction work in accordance with the procedure outlined in the PQP and PSP. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct inspection on but not limited to the following works: o Piling, if applicable o Structural Work o Architectural Work o Mechanical and Electrical Work o External Work \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify all remedial I outstanding works to be carried out. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adopt non-conformances procedure and carry out all remedial works and thereafter carry out re-inspection \xe2\x80\xa2 Upon full or partial completion of construction work, carry out the inspection to include encompass: o All structural work o All completed/partially completed architectural knishes o All fitting and accessories o All doors/windows/frames o All M and E fittings \xe2\x80\xa2 Upon the arrival of relevant materials, carry out receiving inspection and test as appropriate as per inspection and test plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record and fill all relevant forms and keep a record such as: o Daily work record which encompasses labour force, machinery, and weather records. o Any other relevant documents such as a request for inspection form, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all verbal instructions given to contractors are to be confirmed with written instructions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updated incoming drawings and drawing registers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the pap. \xe2\x80\xa2 Upon completion of work, carry out the final inspection and project handover including ensuring that all as-built drawing is prepared prior to the issuance of the certificate of practical completion.
