• Requirement at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering,Construction Management,Landscape architecture or related.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in related field for this position .
• Well known in structure/hardscape work and be able to read construction drawing properly.
• Energetic, responsible and passion in structure/hardscape work.

Tanggungjawab

• Reporting to Landscape Manager/Landscape Architect.
• To ensure and maintain all construction drawing and conversant in project site paperwork\'s.
• To maintained according to work instruction and procedures related to the scope of work or Contract/Bill of Quantities.
• To implement, coordinate and checking any setting out,and levelling for structure/hardscape work properly before inspection.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress,coordinating activities and resolving any problem,technical issues or discrepancies.
• Coordination with sub-contractors to ensure all work in accordance to specification and drawings.
• Coordination with Client,Consultants,Clerk-of-Works on site matters especially inspection & site issue.
• On site arrangement, supervision of the site implementation.
• To assist in site meetings, technical meetings and coordination meetings when required.
• Recording of daily activities and preparing daily report/site diary.
• To ensure all works avoiding from material wastage at all time.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes,practices, QA QC policies, performance standards,specifications and safety purpose
• To update manpower attendance,materials, machineries/equipment required for site a head before work start.
• To undertake any other duties assigned by Landscape Manager/Landscape Architect and practice good site governance.
