Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedule. Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site operations to achieve project objectives. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards. Assist in planning and organizing site work, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution. Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager or management team. Verify and record site materials delivery, usage, and inventory. Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid project delays. Ensure that all works comply with regulatory and company safety standards. Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, and related documentation. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support project completion.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry or in a similar supervisory role. Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage manpower efficiently and maintain discipline on site. Proficient in report writing and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office). Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
