Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience as Site Supervisor in property development, building construction, or civil engineering. Good knowledge of Malaysian construction standards, methods, and practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Able to speak & write in Mandarin is an added advantage. Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must possess valid CIDB Green Card. Experience supervising residential, high-rise, or commercial property development projects in Malaysia.

Working Conditions

Site-based role, exposed to outdoor weather, dust, noise, and construction risks. May require overtime or weekend work to meet project deadlines and milestones. Travel to different project sites may be required depending on company projects.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
