• Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Communicative and possess excellent people skills
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Must have a positive attitude to carrying out tasks
• Some knowledge of using computer software, google earth
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Preferably know how to fly a drone.
• Conscientious, creative, responsible, honest, and trustworthy
• Possess own transport for regular travel to sites

Tanggungjawab

• Reporting to the Project Director/General Manager
• Monitor site operations
• Preparation and submission of regular site diary for each site
• Maintain regular photo records of site activities for each site
• Communicate with head office team on the unexpected site conditions
• Notify head office team of potential site issues
• Develop and maintain good liaison with Majlis Daerah, JPS and Pejabat Tanah, Site operators
• Obtain necessary documentation from authorities
• Carry out investigation in access routes and land availability for operations
• Responsible for the timely delivery of assignments
• Responsible for independently planning and scheduling assigned works
• Responsible for maintaining the company\'s professional image with local authorities, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors, ketua kampongs
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time
• Work location
• Site based 4 days per week or as required
• Office based 1 day per week or as required
