Job Title: Site Supervisor (ELV Systems)

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor (ELV Systems) is responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities related to the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, public address, structured cabling, fire alarm, and other security or communication systems. This role ensures compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while supporting the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and oversee ELV installation works including CCTV, access control, PA system, BGM, intercom, fire alarm, and structured cabling.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

- Review and verify shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements before execution.

- Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.

- Conduct inspections and testing of installed ELV systems to ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Enforce health, safety, and environmental practices on site.

- Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including progress updates, issues, and corrective actions.

- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Resolve technical and site-related issues, escalating where necessary.

- Ensure proper documentation of as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documents.

Requirements

- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

- Proven experience in supervising ELV installation works in construction or infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, cabling, installation methods, and testing procedures.

- Familiarity with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.

- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
