. Manage and coordinate site work for fire protection system between owner, architect, consultant, clerk of works, builder, other trades, M&E services contractor, sub-contractor, etc

. Monitor material orders and ensure timely delivery to the project site.

. Site control. Monitor safety requirement issues and prepare schedules to meet the requirements according to up-to-date drawings and on-site installations.

. Monitor installation standards, workmanship, etc, to prepare progress claims and variation orders, and submit progress reports /photos on site monthly.

. To arrange a site inspection and hand over the project, including testing and handover checklist, as-built drawing, operation manual, etc

. Attend meetings, site walks, and site inspections, and follow up on all defects in the handled project. Respond to related calls, messages, and WhatsApp for all project issues related to the handled project site.

Job summary:

As Site Supervisor for fire protection systems, you'll be the heart of the project, coordinating teams, ensuring safety, and driving quality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
