Job Description

Supervise and monitor daily dredging operations, including dredgers, survey, and support vessels. Ensure work is carried out according to the dredging plan, project specifications Coordinate closely with vessel masters, engineers, and survey teams to maintain smooth operations. Track dredging progress and report production data, fuel consumption, downtime, and other operational records. Oversee minor maintenance and troubleshooting of dredging equipment at site level Daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings with site personnel. Ensure work safe environment at the work site Preparation of daily planning & schedule of vessel movement and activities. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review Ensure dredging works follow approved method statements, drawings, and environmental control plans.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in marine or related qualification Willing to stay at site office Understanding of HSE requirements
Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dredging, reclamation, or marine construction projects Experience with Marine settling is preferred Able to work independently in a site-based or offshore environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,600.00 per month
