Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and coordinate the civil and structural works for buildings and to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols to protect the well-being of our workforce Monitor and report on progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and company policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar site supervisory role within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment Proven ability to lead and motivate construction teams to deliver high-quality work Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices Must willing to locate to Kulai Johor until project completion Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
