Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Report to manager and management. Coordinate with project team to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, quality and cost. Coordinate quality inspection with all subcontractors, vendors and implement routine checking on site. Coordinate with customer representative on all handover matters and deliver to customer standards and satisfaction. Liaise with consultants and authorities when required. Review the quality of all materials at site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with material procurement departments. Monitor cleanliness and general orderliness of construction site.

Johor Bahru, Johor.

Able to communicate in English and Malay.
