to oversee and manage daily site operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work progress runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule and specifications.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work quality meets standards.
Ensure site safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and material usage.
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Verify drawings and ensure work follows construction plans.
Assist in problem-solving on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering
, Construction, or equivalent.
Minimum
2 years of site supervision experience
(building/construction).
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
is an advantage.
Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Working days :
5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )
