Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Coordination & Supervision

Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including workers, subcontractors, and material usage.

Quality Control

Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper workmanship. Prepare and maintain site records, work reports, and progress updates.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all site personnel comply with safety rules and regulations (CIDB, DOSH). Identify and correct unsafe practices; report any incidents immediately. Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.

Material & Resource Management

Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage. Prepare material requisition and ensure sufficient stock on site. Reduce wastage and ensure cost-effective usage of resources.

Documentation

Maintain daily site diary and weekly progress reports. Update work progress and submission required by management. Assist in preparing inspection requests (IR), method statements, and site reports.

Stakeholder Coordination

Liaise with consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and clients during inspections or meetings. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Ensure work is carried out according to construction drawings, specifications, and schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress. Solve site issues promptly and escalate major issues to the Project/Site Manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
