Monitor subcontractor performance and work quality.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material tracking.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage on-site.
Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and site cleanliness.
Identify site issues and propose practical solutions.
Attend site meetings and assist in project planning.
Requirements
Minimum Sijil In Construction/
Diploma in Construction / Civil Engineering
or related field.
fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge in site coordination, safety, and construction methods.
Able to read drawings & supervise structural, architectural, and M&E works.
Good communication skill and ability to lead workers.
Possess own transport & willing to work at multiple site locations.
