Job description / Role: SITE SUPERVISOR Employment: Full Time Job description \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting to Project Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise, manage and lead team at project site. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site\'s progressive requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain proper and accurate site records or documents in good order and system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations, \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise and minimize work-related accidents or injuries at site. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate with HR dept to evaluate site worker\'s performance and manage disciplinary measure as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to read/ analyzing blueprints/drawings/technical input etc to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc task as site supervisor assigned by the management. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably applicant possess D or GDL driving license and CIDB License. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience working as a site supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of construction safety regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
