Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

To assist the site engineer to supervise and coordinate works amongst sub-contractors. To assist sub-contractors to solve site problems. To assist to check and supervise sub-contractors works to eliminate mistakes and abortive works. To assist to coordinate inspection amongst sub-contractors, consultant and QA/QC team. To keep daily progress records. To supervise works carry out by general workers. To ensure sub-contractor's compliance specifications. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Certificate in Building Technology or Civil Engineering. Those without the relevant qualifications but with 10 years' experience in the construction industry will can also be considered. Age 30 - 35 years' with minimum 4 - 6 years' working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position. Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia. Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS). Must be dynamic, resourceful, a team player, committed and result-oriented. Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals. Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage. Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
