Project planning and site costing, control material wastages and delivery of material to site.
Coordination with all related parties such as clients, subcon, suppliers for the works.
Investigate damages, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
To attend site meetings and liaise with authorities.
To assist in resolving all technical site issues.
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Site survey and preparing quotation to clients
Your duties will be explained to you by your immediate superior when you report for work.
