Job Description
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards.
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place.
- A Construction Supervisor oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite. They are heavily involved in planning, organizing and controlling projects. Construction Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment
- Commercial awareness \xe2\x80\x93 an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.
